Description: L.J Gonzer Associates is looking for individuals to join our pool of qualified candidates for potential assignment as a Business Analyst. You'll analyze an organization or business domain and document its business or processes or systems, assessing the business model or its integration with technology with distinct deliverables to a solution. *Work closely with Local District Social Services staff, stakeholders and the project team to refine and develop requirements for migration of member servers *Work with LDSSs to fill out Data Collection Tool *Communicates data requirements to ITS staff *Validates that proposed solution meet business needs *Plans the BA approach/activities *Mentors state staff and new BA's *Establishes, monitors and ensures that project goals/objectives are met; managing daily work/priorities
Requirements: 

• 5 years of experience writing, analyzing detailed business requirement documents and use cases
• 5 years of experience creating use case diagrams and activity diagrams using tools such as Microsoft Visio
• 5 years of experience working independently and providing direction and training to other members of the team
• 5 years of experience working in a web-based ticketing system to create work requests
