Description: L.J. Gonzer Associates is looking for individuals to join our pool of qualified candidates for potential assignment as a Facilities Manager.* Provides leadership to Facilities Management team members and supervisors by communicating and guiding toward achieving department objectives. * Develops, communicates, and builds consensus for goals in alignment with the health system. * Selects, develops, manages, and evaluates direct reports; oversees the selection, development, management, and evaluation of indirect reports. * Manages the maintenance and repair schedules for equipment and facilities. * Ensures contracts and service agreements meet facility standards and needs. * Builds, and maintains productive inter/intra departmental and vendor work relationships to optimize operations. * Recommends, implements, and adheres to approved operating goals, objectives, and budget. * Reports operation performance, justification, and corrective action. * Ensures compliance with the federal, state and local regulatory bodies are in force. * Performs related duties as required.
Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience. * 6-8 years of relevant experience and 2-5 years of leadership / management experience, required.
