Description: L.J. Gonzer Associates is looking for individuals to join our pool of qualified candidates for potential assignment as a Software QA Tester.Duties could include:*Developing and guiding UAT and usability testing for the new Learning Management System (LMS). *Developing test plans, test cases, and executing test cases with stakeholders. *Communicating test findings. *Validating bug fixes. *Participating in regular project meetings. *Using bug tracking documents and other software.
Requirements: 

• 2 years of experience in software quality assurance, performing both automated and manual testing to ensure alignment with user requirements.
• 1.5 years of experience in developing and maintaining user friendly documentation, including user guides, technical manuals, and project process documents.
• 1 year of experience in software quality assurance, collaborating with development teams.
• 2 years of experience in software quality assurance, designing leading usability studies for technology platforms.
• 2 years of experience in software quality assurance, working with internal/external technical teams to track and resolve identified defects.
