Description: L.J. Gonzer Associates is looking for individuals to join our pool of qualified candidates for potential assignment as a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will support the Learning Management System (LMS) transition project.*Assess change impacts. *Engage stakeholders. *Develop change strategies. *Manage change projects. *Communicate updates. *Deliver training. *Monitor progress. *Gather feedback.
Requirements: 

• 3 years of experience in higher education as a business analyst assisting complex change initiatives, assessing change impact and developing change strategy.
• 3 years of experience in higher education, collaborating with departments and stakeholders to identify technology needs and requirements.
• 3 years of experience in higher education, conducting in-depth analysis of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
• 3 years of experience in higher education, working with cross-functional teams to design and recommend technology solutions that align with academic goals.
• 3 years of experience in higher education, assisting in the implementation and integration of new technologies, ensuring they meet the university's academic needs.
• 3 years of experience in higher education, developing and executing change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new technology solutions.
• 3 years of experience in higher education, managing communication plans, training programs, and workshops to support users through the change process.
• 3 years of experience in higher education, collecting and analyze data to measure the impact of technology initiatives on academic outcomes.
