Description: L.J. Gonzer Associates is looking for individuals to join our pool of qualified candidates for potential assignment as a Software Analyst.Tasks will include, but are not limited to:*Assuming the role as Lead Analyst for the project. *Documenting business rules for the re-engineering of the current paper process to a .Net solution. *Designing the test plan and conducting testing of the code. *Interacting with both users and the members of the development team. *Working closely with the Project Manager to ensure that the work is done in a timely way consistent with the Project Plan.
Requirements: 

• 7 years of experience writing technical/business specification .Net applications.
• 6 years of experience in writing test plans & cases and performing unit & regression testing.
• 7 years of experience facilitating meetings with users to identify & gather business needs, business rules & security requirements.
• 2 years of experience re-engineering paper-based processes into web based .Net solutions.
• 4 years of experience SQL coding for writing SQL data queries for extraction and/or validation of application data.
• A Bachelor's degree.
