Description: L.J. Gonzer Associates is looking for individuals to join our pool of qualified candidates for potential assignment as an Associate Staff Analyst.*Assist Program Director in managing Capital Program projects which are in Planning, Design, Construction and Closeout projects. *Assist/coordinate in resolving project related issues. *Prepare reports and presentations as needed to support the Business Unit. *Maintain Modifications/Additional Work Orders (AWOs) Logs, contractor payments and other budgetary/administrative work database. *Monitor projects schedule, cost and activities. *Interact with various Project CEO's, Design and Construction Managers and operating divisions and departments. *Prepare/update various reports such as Project Status Reports, FTA Reports, Traffic Light Reports, and any other report requested by the Program Director or Sr. Management. *Attend staff/project progress meetings and write minutes of meeting. *Perform administrative duties such as filing, answering phones, office supplies, timesheets, field office visits for pickup/delivery of documents, etc.
Requirements: A baccalaureate Degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Equivalent. A minimum of three years' experience in program development and support, business administration or related field. Excellent grammar, written and verbal communication skills. Working experience in communicating and organizing project information generating reports and Power Point presentation; and process design/construction related documents. Experience with Outlook and Microsoft Office is required. 30-Hour OSHA Certification and 8-hour Lead Awareness Course are required. L. J.
