Description: L.J. Gonzer Associates is looking for individuals to join our pool of qualified candidates for potential assignment as a Software Developer.The mission of senior software developers is to develop, implement, and maintain mobile and cloud-based applications for use by projects involving inspection, investigations, and special purpose requests by customer agencies across New York State.Job responsibilities including:*Mobile App Analysis. *Mobile App Design. *Mobile App Development. *Mobile App Testing. *Cloud Integration via Restful API. *Iterative Build Demonstrations to team and customers. *Documenting processes and procedures. *Participate in design sessions. *Provide end-user training. *Provide support for testing mobile and cloud-based applications.
Requirements: 

• 1 year of experience with JetPack Compose UI.
• 4 years of experience developing with the Android Java/Kotlin programming language.
• 5 years of experience with native Android development.
• 5 years of experience assisting in translation of business requirements into design specifications, mockups, and user-friendly/user-driven new mobile apps.
• 4 years of experience assisting testing teams in the user acceptance testing of the system, including helping to define function scripts, business use cases etc. to test system capabilities.
• 2 years of experience with Room, SQLlite or similar relational database.
