Description: L.J Gonzer Associates is looking for individuals to join our pool of qualified candidates for potential assignment as a Software Developer. *Work with program staff and business analyst to Plan, design and develop computer software applications *Coordinate with vendors, data analysts, and contractors on gap analysis and logical design *Work with business analyst and developer to perform data extraction and transformation tasks *Work with technical manager to ensure the team implements the correct software solution and the solution will meet the needs of the program *Work with program team to analyze data, reporting requirements, business/workflow processes, data flows, and system interfaces *Work well in a matrixed team structure, often facilitating multi-disciplinary teams, translating business/program subject matter information into project artifacts *Prepare and execute a knowledge transfer *Follow department level, and division level directives, best practices, standards, and methodologies, as appropriate or requested
Requirements: *Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or Information Technology from an accredited institution *7 years of experience in the design, implementation and deployment of Java applications using modern JavaScript libraries *7 years of experience using SPRING framework *7 years of experience using Hibernate, myBATIS or other Object Relational Mapping framework *6 years of experience in programming Oracle WebLogic Java applications from specifications expressed by use cases, class diagrams, interaction diagrams and sequence diagrams *6 years of experience with relational and NoSQL databases (like Oracle, Postgres, MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc). *6 years of experience with technical documentation L.
