Description: L.J Gonzer Associates is looking for individuals to join our pool of qualified candidates for potential assignment as a Design Compliance Manager. You will manage the architectural and engineering design processes to conform to professional industry standards.*Reviews/creates in-house technical designs for non-Design-Build projects *Responsible for developing third party/consultant contract task order scope of works with associated estimates *Responsible for managing third party/consultant contract task order scope of work to develop required technical documents for Design-Build/Non-Design Build projects *Responsible for monitoring and/or auditing third-party technical design and engineering activities for compliance with the contract's requirements *Provides continuous design oversight throughout the entire project lifecycle *Manages and allocates design review team members to project schedules/milestones *Acts as technical authority & governance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction or project management, transportation, or a related field
- Must have a minimum of five (5) years of related experience
- Professional Engineer or Registered Architect license is required
- Must have focus and ability to deliver on results, organizational effectiveness, and continuous improvement
- Must possess excellent team building, listening, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
- Proficient computer skills (i.e., Windows environment, Microsoft Office, PeopleSoft, Oracle, etc.) and strong business administrative skills (i.e., presentations, report and letter writing, time management, etc.)
